Course Overview
This 2-days course provides an
overview of the key concepts and
principles of corporate liability, S17A of
the Malaysian Anti-Corruption
Commission (MACC) Act 2009, which
is part of an important organ of
sustainability. The course further delves
into sustainability by incorporating
environmental, social and governance
(ESG) agenda in business. The course
aims to raise awareness and
understanding of the legal and ethical
implications of these topics for
businesses and organizations
operating in Malaysia and beyond.
